Kendra Becker-Musante ND, APRN
Dr. Kendra Becker is an integrated physician practicing in for over 10 years; She is Connecticut’s “4A Specialist” (asthma, autism, allergies, atopy/eczema). She holds an ND degree and MS, APRN . She is board certified in both areas. Her specialties include MTHFR, fertility and treatment of “the 4As” (asthma, autism, allergies, atopy/eczema). Dr. Becker focuses on primarily treating the pediatric population and their parents. Dr. Becker is adjunct Faculty at 2 prominent universities, where she teaches concussion education to physicians and precepts student Doctors and Nurse Practitioners. Dr Becker lectures all over the country on topics such as autism, the immune system, MTHFR & genetic mutations that have health implications and “Keeping Healing in the Home” Dr Becker is the author of “A Delicious Way to Heal the Gut” and released her second book “All you CAN Eat” in May 2018. Dr Becker was chosen as one of Connecticut’s “Top Naturopathic Doctors”and as Natural Nutmeg’s “Best Reader Awards” APRN
Jacob Schor, ND, FABNO
Jacob Schor, ND, FABNO Dr. Schor has practiced as a naturopathic doctor in Denver, Colorado with his wife Rena Bloom, ND since they graduated from National College of Naturopathic Medicine in 1991. He was humbled in 2008 when the AANP presented him with the Vis Award and has been doing his best to deserve it ever since. He has had the honor of serving the members of the Oncology Association of Naturopathic Physicians, the AANP, and the Colorado Association of Naturopathic Doctors in the past as a member of their respective board of directors and in various leadership capacities. He is a frequent contributor to, and also associate editor of, The Natural Medicine Journal. He also contributes a monthly column to the Townsend Letter for Doctors and Patients referred to as the “Curmudgeon’s Corner.”
Marisol Teijeiro, ND
Dr. Marisol Teijeiro ND, BA is an author, speaker, and director of Sanas Health Practice in Ontario, Canada. She is also the inventor of the Queen of Thrones™ Castor Oil Pack and castor oil products. She is certified in Environmental Medicine and Homotoxicology. As an alumni of CCNM, she instituted and teaches a six hour course on castor oil and castor oil packs. She has spoken internationally at the Environmental Health Symposium, the International Colon Hydrotherapy Association, the International Congress of Naturopathic Medicine and shared the stage with greats like Joseph Pizzorno and Walter Crinnion. Her passion and area of expertise is teaching people how to have incredible digestion and the best bowel movements. Her mission is to create awareness about stools and a new SANAS standardized stool scale that would encompass all the clinical gems she has learned for personal, experience, research and practice on the ideal bowel movement.
Saman Faramarzi, ND
Dr. Saman Faramarzi (Dr. Sam) is a Licensed Naturopathic Doctor and the founder of SAFA Life and Wellness, a concierge naturopathic clinic in Los Angeles, California. She completed her undergraduate degree in Nutritional Sciences at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and studied Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University. Today in her practice, she focuses on overall wellness, which she believes starts in the gut. Dr. Sam likes to ask her patients how they want to FEEL, LIVE and BE every day. She then partners with her patients to help them achieve their health goals through the many modalities in her toolbox. Dr. Sam’s greatest joy is helping her patients become empowered to make choices to improve their health and change their lives.
Jenna Henderson, ND
Dr. Jenna Henderson’s practice, Holistic Kidney, is dedicated to the unique needs of renal patients. A kidney patient herself since 1993, she has experienced all stages of kidney disease firsthand. She is a graduate of the University of Bridgeport. Dr. Henderson has had several articles on kidney health published in Natural Medicine Journal, NDNR and the Townsend Letter. She has lectured extensively across the U.S. to naturopathic doctors, kidney patients and kidney professionals.
Dr. Henderson seeks to bridge the gap between mainstream nephrology and natural medicine. In her practice she helps patients sort through often conflicting information to understand what is appropriate for their individual needs and stage of kidney function. She is often able to help patients delay the need for dialysis. For those already in kidney failure, she helps patients find optimal wellness with dialysis or a transplant.
Dustin Sulak, DO
Dr. Dustin Sulak is an integrative medicine physician and leader in the emerging field of cannabinoid medicine. His clinical practice focuses on treating refractory conditions in adults and children. Dr. Sulak is the founder of Integr8 Health, a medical practice in Maine that follows over 8,000 patients using medical cannabis, Healer.com, a medical cannabis patient education resource, and Cannabis Expertise, a continuing medical education curriculum. He sits on the board of directors of the Society of Cannabis Clinicians and has lectured to healthcare providers internationally on the science and clinical applications of cannabis.
Aviva Wertkin, ND
Aviva D Wertkin, N.D. earned her degree from SCNM in 2007 and completed a two year residency in Naturopathic Family Medicine through NUNM. She joined a busy family practice in CT until 2014 when she moved to Brattleboro VT and opened her own Naturopathic Primary Care practice. Dr Wertkin enjoys seeing patients all of ages with all health concerns and is an expert in disease reversal. She has been voted the Best Physician in the Greater Brattleboro area in 2016 and 2017.
