Hawaii Doc Talks COVID Policies

Guests attending Hawaii Doc Talks will need to provide proof a negative COVID test within 48 hours, regardless of vaccine status. You may bring proof of a negative PCR, or take a rapid antigen test upon arrival at the hotel (we will have some available).

No attendee will be admitted to the conference without a negative test. Masks will be required indoors (as per the Maui mask mandate). We understand the heightened sensitivity and passionate feelings about this issue, and ask for your cooperation.

The safety of all of our registrants and hotel staff is of utmost importance to Hawaii Doc Talks. These protocols are a living document that will continue to evolve as venue and local standards change.
